Common Intervention Targets

I have experience working with disorders from mild to severe severity, including comorbid substance use, mood disorders, trauma, and personality disorders. I have a particular interest in providing intervention for psychotic disorders.

I utilise skills from numerous structured and semi-structured interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and motivational interviewing.

Mood Disorders

Mood disorders, such as Major Depressive Disorder and Bipolar Affective Disorder

Anxiety Disorders

Including social or generalised anxiety, and panic disorders

Psychotic Illnesses

Such as schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, schizophreniform disorder, or substance-induced psychoses

Forensic Intervention

Structured and semi-structured intervention into risk of harm to others, including targeting violence, sexual deviance (paraphilias), or harm to self
